For over 15 years, I have been devoted to the path of yoga, returning to India’s sacred traditions and deepening my practice in its ancient wisdom. Along the way, I have experienced yoga as a profound medicine—a path of healing, transformation, and truth. Yoga is not about becoming something new; it is the sacred art of remembering, a homecoming to the essence of who you are.
Beneath the layers of conditioning, beyond the distractions of the world, there is a light within you—unchanging, infinite, whole. My mission is to guide you back to that light, to help you awaken your authenticity, your purpose, and the unshakable knowing that you were never lost.
