This wonderful Magic of Yin bundle contains 3 yin classes focusing on the different body areas, each with the aim to calm and ground the body through longer held postures. I absolutely love this bundle as it gives you the flexibility to do a shorter practice with just the one class or to do all 3 for a longer practice. This bundle is perfect for me due to having a health condition and no longer being able to do the faster yoga styles. I feel so much better after doing this amazing bundle.
